Iluméxico has a wide network of solar panel systems throughout rural Mexico, so managing maintenance cases can be a daunting and messy task. They’ve been able to use TaroWorks as an offline mobile case management tool to ensure that issues are fixed in a timely manner, and to make incremental improvements to their business using data.
Using TaroWorks and Salesforce, Iluméxico tracks both manufacturing and installation cases with their clients, and have been using data to make decisions about preferred manufacturers.
