Based in Bujumbura, Burundi, SaCoDé (Santé Communauté Développement) works to transform lives. Its programs focus on women’s empowerment, community health, and poverty alleviation. As part of its mission, SaCoDé is preparing to roll out a new poverty graduation program. This program will equip vulnerable households with tools and resources to move out of poverty in a sustainable way.
To lay the groundwork for this program, the TaroWorks Professional Services team recently traveled to SaCoDé’s office in Bujumbura, Burundi to deliver the Administrator System Training.
Hands-on TaroWorks System Training for Lasting Impact
The training concluded successfully with six trainees, including SaCoDé’s CEO, Grâce Françoise Nibizi, who joined several sessions. The team gained critical skills to manage and grow their TaroWorks and Salesforce system through this training.
After the training, SaCoDé’s System Administrator, Lukogo MUDUMBA Lebon, shared that he feels more confident navigating the system. He has already built several reports and dashboards. The leadership team also found these dashboards very insightful. The CEO, Grâce was particularly struck by the dashboards. They reminded her of aBOMA presentation she first saw at a New York conference, which was also introducted her to TaroWorks.
These tools will soon play a central role in powering SaCoDé’s povertygraduation program, which helps families build pathways out of poverty. With this training complete, Lebon is eager to begin building the this upcoming program once the system goes live.
This training marks an important milestone. It prepares SaCoDé not just to use TaroWorks, but tomanage their system in-house, reducing reliance on external support.
