For organizations working in the last mile, not only do you need to track the results of field agent activities, but also to stay on top of expenses, time spent by agents when they’re away from the office, and mileage logged. Iluméxico and BOMA Project share how they digitized these processes for their mobile field staff in rural Mexico and Kenya, using salesforce.com and TaroWorks.
