Happy Holidays from TaroWorks! Message from the CEO

Where has 2017 gone? As I round out my first 12 months at TaroWorks, I’m impressed by a year of significant accomplishments by our innovative clients and the hard work of our dedicated team. Some of TaroWorks’ 2017 highlights included:

  • Adding 13 new organizations to the TaroWorks family. Clients now use TaroWorks in 38 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America.
  • Increasing by 25% the number of field agents using TaroWorks to conduct business and project operations in emerging markets.
  • Releasing 3 new product versions to enable clients to better manage their field activities, including: QR/barcode verifications, mobile printing, hidden questions, dynamic calculations and validations offline, and Salesforce Lightning compatibility certification.

We were also excited to share our reflections on industry trends and our clients’ stories about how they improved their last-mile field operations to grow their businesses, through a variety of webinars and articles. I encourage you to look through some of our most popular posts of 2017 on our blog, where we have posted lessons learned on how to succeed at offline operations in developing countries.

What’s Ahead?

We are looking forward to a great 2018 as well. The year will hold more product enhancements improving field services — in particular, we plan to explore how we can help organizations integrate mobile payments into their field operations. If your organization is considering expanding your use of mobile money or other mobile payments in 2018, we want to hear from you about your plans.

Amid this growth and development, TaroWorks’ mission remains the same. We help organizations improve product and service delivery to the poor by improving their field service operations through real-time data and communication. Your work inspires our vision and we look forward to continuing down the road together in 2018.

Sincerely,
Brent Chism
CEO
