MERL Tech: Transition from M&E to MERL

Earlier this month, we attended MERL Tech in DC which acted as a great platform for us to learn, network and engage with leaders in the monitoring & evaluation (M&E) industry.  The focus of the conference was that technology is transforming the M&E operating environment and that transformation is leading to a more open acceptance of research effectiveness and organizational learning. With M&E morphing into MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning), and blurring the lines between traditional M&E, and program management, the conference acted as the right meeting-point to discuss the trends and changes in M&E.

At our table during the conference, Elaine Chang, Senior Manager for Global Market Development offered demos, connected with fellow industry colleagues and prospective clients. She showcased how TaroWorks enables M&E pros to better measure and monitor impact.

The one-day event brought together over 275 M&E pros giving us the opportunity to showcase how using new data-based insights to continuously adapt and improve interventions in real time. M&E like all fields are evolving and how we can help M&E experts’ better leverage TaroWorks is key to help adapt them to the changes.

How was MERL Tech for you?
