Webinar: Everything you should know about data quality

We’ve all been there.

You spent weeks designing forms, training enumerators, planning roll outs and collecting data. You’re relieved to finally have it in front of you, a big mountain of data you can mine for insights and improvements. This is when all that work will start paying off.

But now that you actually sit down to analyse it, you find yourself spotting errors…

The number formats aren’t consistent. That field is riddled with missing data. And those figures cannot be right.

Suddenly this job is starting to look a lot more difficult.

Guaranteeing data quality and reducing errors is almost as important as collecting data in the first place. Unless you know the data you’re looking at is accurate, you’re not going to get anywhere. But where do you start?

Your first step: join us on July 2nd at 10.30am ET.

Kevin Zeigler from Technoserve will share how he is using TaroWorks to improve the quality of their data. With a large, hi-tech organisation like Technoserve data comes in from all over the world, relating to dozens of different products and multiple project teams.

This will include tips on:

  • The sort of things you should be checking for.
  • How to build forms in TaroWorks to prevent problems.
  • Using reports to target problem areas and improve instantly.
  • The best ways to apply this process to multiple countries and projects.

Getting ahead of this problem is by far the simplest way to deal with it. Learn from an expert how to ensure the quality of your data before you end up having to fight fires after the bulk of the project has been done.
