Introducing TaroWorks' New CEO, Elaine Chang

TaroWorks is thrilled to announce our new CEO, Elaine Chang.

Elaine has been with the TaroWorks product since its inception in 2012 as part of Grameen Foundation, and has been working to grow TaroWorks from a promising startup to a self-sustaining business, on the market development and operations side of the business. The TaroWorks tool has helped over 150 innovative and inspiring organizations impact over 15 million lives, and continues to grow and thrive. We are excited to have Elaine lead the next phase of the company and see what we can all achieve.

“ As we kick off 2023, and as I cross my 10-year milestone working with a product that I remain passionate about, I’m excited and honored to share that I have assumed the position of CEO of TaroWorks. From my background in data analytics, I saw the power of data-driven decision making. Learning about Muhammad Yunus’ work led me to think of how data can empower both organizations and individuals, to continually improve the resources provided to populations who are most in need and hard to reach.

As I reflect on my last 10 years, I’ve had the honor of seeing so many inspiring social enterprises and nonprofits use TaroWorks to impact 15+ million people in hard-to-reach areas, and I thank all of our clients for trusting your important work with our tool.
