Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to speak to us and share the challenges you’re facing and your plans for continuing operations as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds. What we’ve learned is that while some of our clients have been able to switch to remote work, others have been forced to significantly scale back or shut down field operations altogether, for the time being.
In an effort to give our customers flexibility and time to adapt to unforeseen circumstances, we want to offer TaroWorks users the chance to temporarily pause your current license subscription for up to four months.
A credit will be applied to your next renewal invoice for the period that your subscription is paused (anywhere from one to four months). During this time, we will still provide your organization with five licenses at no cost – which we encourage you to use to continue improving and building TaroWorks Jobs so you can get right back to it when operations resume.
Given the uncertainty that some of you are facing about field operations, we’d like to let TaroWorks customers activate the pause program anytime over the next six months or until November 20, 2020.
